General Terms and Conditions for the Streetz Open Air (St.OA)

§1 Subject matter of the contract
1. By purchasing a ticket for the event "Streetz Open Air 2025" on Thursday September 18th, 2025, Friday September 19th, 2025 and Saturday September 20th, 2025, you - hereinafter referred to as "customer" - accept the following general terms and conditions. This includes the purchase of a day ticket accordingly.
2. Agreements, side agreements and other agreements, regardless of their nature, must be in writing and confirmed by the board of Streetzrock eV in order to be valid.
3. The "Streetz Open Air" event takes place on the designated festival grounds in Streetz. The festival grounds include the fenced-in area, which may only be entered with an admission control, on Stephan Dabrowski's lawn - hereinafter referred to as the "event grounds". The camping area is an area outside the fence, which is specially marked on the event grounds. These general terms and conditions apply to the entire event grounds. Day parking spaces are again marked separately. All parking and camping is at your own risk. Streetzrock eV accepts no liability for damage to third party property.
4. The offer to conclude the contract comes from the customer. By purchasing a ticket in advance online or by purchasing a wristband at the box office, a contract is concluded between the customer and the organizer Streetzrock eV.
5. The minimum age for ordering and purchasing a festival ticket is 18 years.

§3 Prohibition of resale
1. Streetzrock eV generally agrees to the transfer of the right of visit to a third party until entering the event site, unless:
1.1The third party is banned from entering the premises
1.2the ticket sales are carried out by unauthorized third parties. Our authorized ticket sales outlets can be found at: www.streetzrock.de
2. In the event of a breach of the above prohibition, the organiser is entitled to withdraw the right of entry or the tickets will be invalid and blocked.

§4 Right of withdrawal for tickets
The tickets offered here are an entry authorization for a leisure event with a specific date, for which there is no right of cancellation according to §312g Paragraph 2 Number 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). By ordering online or directly purchasing a wristband for the Streetz Open Air, the contract is binding and the customer is therefore obliged to accept the tickets and to pay immediately.

§5 Payment and Shipping
1. The total amount is due for payment immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation.
2. Payment options include advance payment when ordering online or cash payment at the box office. The box office is only open if there is no sale in the online shop and the box office is NOT open all day. Streetzrock eV reserves the right to close the box office if there is a sale or in the evening hours, at its own discretion. The box office is open one hour before admission.
3. The tickets purchased online are either hard tickets or Print@Home tickets. Hard tickets are dispatched no later than the end of the week following receipt of payment for the underlying order, but usually after 3 - 5 working days. The Print@Home tickets must be printed out by the buyer themselves. Both versions must be brought along undamaged and clearly legible to present at the entrance.
4. The camping ticket is a Print@Home ticket, it is printed out and positioned in the car so that it is easy to read.
5. Streetzrock eV reserves ownership of the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full.
6. The customer is obliged to bring his ticket in a good condition that is readable by the scanning device. The scanning device must be able to recognize the tickets. If scanning is not possible at the entrance due to the condition of the ticket, the ticket will no longer be valid for the "Streetz Open Air" event.
7. A day ticket is valid on the day in question, from the start of admission until the last band finishes playing. The stated entrance price is valid without exception, also for the stated period.


§6 Arrival; Parking;
Festival visitors must behave in accordance with common decency. All visitors are required to behave in a friendly and considerate manner and to ensure order and cleanliness. Instructions from security and the organizers of the “Streetz Open Air 2025” event must be followed.
1. The journey takes you across adjacent fields, the access is signposted. The vehicle should be suitable accordingly. Residents should not be disturbed, slow and considerate driving is expected here (dust development, noise).
2. The camping areas are marked.
3. It is a meadow, lowered vehicles are not recommended.
4. Don’t forget to show mutual respect at the campground.
5. Arrival by any means (including on foot or by helicopter), parking and leaving the means of transport is at your own risk.
6. Day visitors park separately in the designated day parking area.
7. Vehicles on the campground must have a camp ticket in the vehicle, clearly legible. Vehicles without a camp ticket will be asked to leave the site or removed at the owner's expense. Camping can also be purchased at the day's ticket office.

§7 Admission; admission control
1. Access to the event "Streetz Open Air 2025" is only granted with a valid ticket for the event. Visitors who leave the festival grounds will only be allowed to re-enter if they are wearing a locked, non-removable, undamaged wristband. Unlocked and/or removable wristbands are no longer valid. If the ticket or festival wristband is lost, access authorization is revoked. A return or exchange of a festival wristband or ticket is generally not possible. Damaged or defective wristbands must be reported immediately. These wristbands are exchanged on a case-by-case basis.
2. Only one person will be allowed entry per valid ticket presented. Presenting an order confirmation/invoice is not sufficient. Identity card checks will only be carried out at the entry control point if there is suspicion or indication of misuse.
3. Security checks (including body searches) will be carried out by security personnel at the entrance to the event site. Their instructions must be followed. If these are not followed, the organizer reserves the right to immediately expel visitors from the event site without refunding the entrance fee. Visitors agree to this by signing the contract.
4. The organizer reserves the right to refuse a visitor entry to the festival grounds for important reasons. Important reasons include, but are not limited to, carrying prohibited items (according to Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions) and if the visitor has an obviously homophobic, sexist, racist or contemptuous attitude. Entry will also be refused if the protection of minors is violated. If there is one of the aforementioned important reasons for refusal of entry, the person loses the right to enter and thus the ticket or festival wristband loses its validity; the entrance fee will not be refunded.
5. Visitors under the age of 18 are only allowed entry if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This person must be identified at the entrance through documentation. Children under the age of 12 are admitted free of charge, but everyone is happy to receive a donation.
6. Entry on Thursday is open to everyone. Guests under the age of 18 without accompanying adults will be expelled from the premises at 10 p.m.

§8 House rules; rules of conduct
The house rules are exercised by the organizer and its security and order staff. The general terms and conditions also apply as house rules on the festival grounds.
The instructions of the organizer’s staff must be followed.

1. Visitors are prohibited from entering the festival grounds

1.1. carrying prohibited items (§10 of the Terms and Conditions). (Drinking horns and drinking cups on the belt, empty, are permitted)
1.2 . to use physical violence against other visitors, event organizer staff or other third parties.
1.3 . Throwing objects onto the stage, into the surrounding area or at people.
1.4 . urinating or relieving oneself outside of the toilets.
1.5 . to paint, spray, defile or use violence/vandalism against buildings, walls, objects, etc.
1.6 . to conduct commercial trade, marketing campaigns or advertising measures without the prior written consent of the organizer. Advertising measures of any kind, ie advertising a product, a service, a worldview or religion, a union or party, a company or a brand, the distribution or presentation of political or religious content in any form (e.g. on books, leaflets, banners, signs, iPads, etc.) as well as the attachment of decorations and other objects are strictly prohibited on the entire festival site.
1.7 . Entering areas and rooms that are not open to visitors and climbing onto stages, tents, trusses or similar.

2. Photography
for private use with cell phones is permitted. The personal rights of third parties must be respected at all times. The production of film or sound recordings of any kind and their publication online or offline without the permission of the organizer are prohibited.

3. Visitor,
The organizer can expel or ban anyone who violates the above rules of conduct or the rules of conduct in the general terms and conditions according to §1, paragraph 5; §8, paragraph 1; and; §10 or §13 from the festival grounds. If a visitor commits a crime at the Streetz Open Air (e.g. drug dealing, physical injury, theft, sexual assault, etc.), the visitor will be expelled from the festival grounds immediately and without warning and the matter will be reported to the police.

4. Expulsion and ban on residence
If there is a violation of the terms and conditions of Streetzrock eV or one of the aforementioned important reasons and the organizer expels the visitor from the event site, the ticket or festival wristband will no longer be valid and the entrance fee will not be refunded. Anyone who culpably violates these terms and conditions of Streetzrock eV is liable to compensate the organizer for any resulting damage.

§9 Right to one's own image
For advertising purposes, photos and videos will be taken of this event by the organizer and third parties commissioned by them. These will only be used for future events by Streetzrock eV. According to §23 of the German Copyright Act (KunstUrhG), the publication of photos and videos of meetings is permitted without consent. As a general rule, no portraits or individual photos will be published unless the person directly and deliberately poses for individual photos, as is common at concerts and discos. In this case, consent is deemed to have been given in accordance with §22 of the German Copyright Act (KunstUrhG).

§10 Prohibited items and prohibited objects
The following are prohibited on the entire event site:

1st Animals , such as dormice, fleas, woodlice, wild boars, grasshoppers and all others pets . Really all animals, of all kinds and breeds.
2. Weapons or other objects (WaffG Annex 2 to Section 2, Paragraphs 2 to 4), or which can under certain circumstances be used as dangerous objects.
3. pyrotechnic articles.
4. Generators (not power generators, see §17 point 9.).
5. open fire.
6. Compressed and liquefied gases.
7. Bulky waste (old sofas, armchairs, building materials, wood, etc.). We will take photos of the camp in this case. If items are left lying around, a report will be made so that the disposal costs can be recovered.
8. torches.
9. Belts with raised or pointed rivets or rivets with a length of more than 1.5 cm and cartridge belts.
10. CS gas.
11. flammable liquids.
12. Dry ice.
13. noise-producing objects.
14. political items of any kind, including banners, signs, symbols or leaflets.
15. Drones that are used without the permission of the organizer.

1. Drinks and food brought along.
2. Backpacks that have not been checked or large bags.
3. Any form of glass containers.
4. Cans (also hairspray, deodorant, etc.).
5. Flagpoles.
6. E-scooters or similar means of transport.
In addition, Streetzrock eV reserves
reserves the right to supplement the list of prohibited items in order to maintain public order and security and, in case of doubt, to prohibit items not listed after inspection on site.

§11 Cancellation or termination of an event; program changes
The event mentioned is an open-air event. It will take place even in bad weather, unless it makes it impossible to hold the event safely (danger to life, limb or health for visitors, artists or staff). In this case, the event will be cancelled immediately or temporarily interrupted. In this case, as well as if the festival is cancelled for other reasons of force majeure, due to an official order or court decision, there is no right to reimbursement or compensation, unless the organizer can be accused of intent or gross negligence.

§12 Health impairment due to noise and injuries
1. Visitors are aware that the noise level at Streetz Open Air, especially in front of the stages, is high and that there is a risk of possible damage to health, particularly hearing damage. The venue is outdoors, but regardless of this, it is strongly recommended that you use earplugs. It is advisable to choose a place to sit, near the speakers or on the stage, that is conducive to your individual listening habits.
2. Please note that children's hearing is even more sensitive than that of adults. If you are attending our event with children, please bring suitable hearing protection for children.
3. If medical services are required due to injuries or similar, the person responsible shall bear the costs of wound treatment and possible transport.

§13 Youth Protection
Children and young people under the age of 18 are only permitted to enter if accompanied by a legal guardian or a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with General Terms and Conditions §1 Paragraph 1 Sentence 4.

§14 Limitation of Liability
The organizer is liable within the framework of the statutory provisions without Limitation for damages that result from even negligent injury to the body and health of the customer, without the involvement of third parties. The same applies to the violation of essential contractual obligations. For other damages, liability is excluded in the event of simple negligence on the part of the organizer and its legal representatives and vicarious agents. Liability in the event of gross negligence and intent remains unaffected.
In principle, entering, using and staying on the entire event site is a risk.

§15 Data Protection
Streetzrock eV processes the customer's personal data in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. The customer's personal data (name, address, email, telephone number, etc.) are only used for the establishment and processing of the contractual relationship and for internal company empirical surveys and further transmission of offers and information to the customer about the Streetz Open Air event or related topics. If third parties are commissioned to carry out this contract, Streetzrock eV is entitled to pass on the data required for this purpose.

§16 Applicable Law; Miscellaneous
1. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If the customer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or if his or her place of residence or habitual abode is not known at the time the action is brought, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contracts concluded with Streetzrock eV is the Dannenberg District Court.
3. Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable, or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the contract shall otherwise remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by an effective and enforceable provision whose effects come closest to the economic objective that the contracting parties were pursuing with the invalid or unenforceable provision. The above provisions shall apply accordingly in the event that the contract proves to be incomplete.
§17 Camping or overnight accommodation
1.) CAMPING
There are camping sites available. You can park your car right next to your tent if the weather is good. Camping is permitted for holders of a camping ticket in conjunction with a festival ticket. Camping without the aforementioned is prohibited.
If you feel massively disturbed or threatened by other visitors, contact security or one of our club members (St.OAker)!
Please make sure not to carry any prohibited items.
The campsite is part of the event site. When leaving, §8 paragraph 4 and §17 paragraph 4 apply accordingly.
Camping and driving on the campsite is at your own risk! §14
2.) TRASH
We urge you to keep your campsite clean and leave it clean. There are garbage containers on site that can be used for household waste and recyclable waste (yellow bag). We want to maintain a certain level of sustainability here and in this simple way.
The Streetzrock eV team wants to ensure compliance as far as possible. Streetzrock eV reserves the right to take photos of particularly “hard cases”. For example, anyone who brings furniture and leaves it standing will have to pay an additional fee for dumping rubbish and will be reported to the police.
Together we will manage to keep everything in tip-top order again. We are not pigs and we will use the garbage cans that are provided and no garbage will end up in the bushes. We ALL help each other to avoid unnecessary trouble and to celebrate our Streetz Open Air with nature.

3.) PARKING
Day guests park in our designated day parking lot. Camping in these parking lots is prohibited. Of course, no one will be upset if you spend the night in your car (no tent or similar) because you've had one too many drinks.
4.) TOILETS
There are plenty of portable toilets available throughout the festival grounds. These are cleaned daily and use is free of charge. Mobile toilets are available for you in a separate area.
6.) FUEL IN RESERVE CANISTERS
You are allowed to take one reserve fuel canister per vehicle to the Streetz Open Air. This can hold no more than 20 liters of petrol or diesel and must comply with DIN standards 7274 or 16904. This means that it must be leak-proof, tightly sealable and shatterproof.
5.) GAS CYLINDERS
Compressed gas or liquid gas bottles that are operated with an additional pressure reducer are not permitted on our campsite. This applies to all gases, including carbon dioxide, oxygen, helium, etc., as well as to the operation of beverage dispensing systems.
Only permanently installed butane gas bottles in caravans/mobile homes with appropriate security, a valid gas test certificate and a current MOT are permitted.
7.) FIRE AND GRILLING
Open fires are prohibited on the entire festival grounds!
Commercially available gas camping stoves with gas cartridges, camping stoves with solid fuels (so-called ESBIT stoves) and charcoal grills are permitted, provided they are used exclusively for preparing food. Normal use, i.e. no injuries due to improper handling, is assumed.
Alcohol is not a grill lighting aid! We recommend using non-liquid lighting aids or so-called chimney starters.
Alcohol, lamp oil, petroleum lamps, fire bowls, firewood and torches are prohibited!
If it is extremely dry, we reserve the right to prohibit barbecuing.
8.) Access road
The designated driving lanes must be kept clear. These serve as escape and rescue routes. Ropes or mooring lines for tents must not be installed in this area.
9.) Power generator (Mopel)
Operating power generators is only permitted in conjunction with a fireproof base underneath the device, unless the device is integrated in a plastic housing.
10.) Wastewater/Sewage
Emptying sewage tanks is prohibited on the event site. Other waste water may also not be disposed of on the event site.
11.) Drinking water
There are no drinking water outlets anywhere on the event site.
